When you meet with Ali for the first session,  she will explore with you what your hopes are for counseling, and what brings you to counseling. At the initial meeting, you and Ali will review paperwork that outlines the professional code of ethics for counseling and paperwork that initiates counseling. Background information will be gathered to help foster understanding, trust, and the counseling process. 

Ali utilizes the services of a Biller if you want to use insurance. Please reach out to her if you want to know if she is able to bill your insurance in-network or out of network. For coaching, supervision and consultation services, insurance cannot be used.
